Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Analyst – Maintenance Vendor. This full-time position involves investigating and auditing client maintenance histories, analyzing vendor pricing, and identifying any indications of suspicious activity or fraud. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, along with 5-10 years of experience in the automotive or transportation industry. Proficiency in MS Office programs and business objects is required. Responsibilities: - Investigate and audit client maintenance histories to determine completeness, accuracy, and integrity of repair estimates and invoicing, vendor parts and labor pricing, and identify any indications of suspicious activity/fraud. - Responsible for the complete life cycle of vendor review from research through to analysis and delivery of findings to ARI management and designated customer representatives. - Write formal monthly and ad hoc reports to summarize completed analysis, recommendations, and best practices. - Perform vendor analysis and investigation, may include travel to vendor locations. - Interact with drivers, vendors, and client fleet administrators to verify repair completion, identify anomalies, and provide follow-up information and recommendations. - Utilize existing reporting suite while creating additional reporting criteria as needed to gather data for review, analysis, and dissemination. - Engage in continuous improvement actions, looking for ways to be more efficient and effective in your responsibilities. - Present information and findings both internally and externally as required. - Coordinate analysis and communication with TAA/MAE as needed based on assigned client involvement. - Work with Internal Controls to ensure proper processes are being followed and that there is proper use of the various reporting tools, in identifying anomalies and suspicious activities. - Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
