IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: * Build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook from the ground up. * Optimize bids, budgets, and campaign structures based on pacing, ROI, and performance trends. * Own and monitor the health of assigned verticals, including tracking, landing pages, and promotional accuracy. * QA landing pages and ensure all conversion events are properly tracked across platforms. * Troubleshoot performance issues and escalate tracking or funnel-related problems promptly. * Collaborate closely with the VP of Digital Marketing to align on priorities and scale successful campaigns. YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE: * 3–5+ years of paid media experience managing Google, Bing, and Facebook campaigns. * A deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot and resolve tracking or performance issues fast. * A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a bias toward problem-solving. * Comfort navigating ad platforms, attribution tools, and landing page QA processes.
