Business Analyst – Wealth Management (25867-1) 📍 Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – NY or Hamilton Township, NJ) 💼 Employment Type: Contract 💰 Rate: $53/hr About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Wealth Management to support large-scale financial programs. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in client servicing platforms, CRM systems, portfolio analytics, and compliance-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1.Analyze and document business requirements for wealth management products such as investment portfolios, estate planning, tax optimization, trust services, insurance advisory, and retirement planning. 2 .Work on Client Online, Advisor Desktop, and Client Associate Servicing Portal platforms, supporting workflows and operations. 3.Partner with cross-functional teams—advisors, operations, compliance—to implement new features and ensure process efficiency. 4.Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for delivery. 5. Support data-driven decisions using Portfolio Analytics, data modeling, and scenario-based financial analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis within wealth or investment management. 2. Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, D365) and financial data platforms. 3.Expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, and client reporting. 4.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Certifications: CFA, CFP, FRM, or other relevant financial credentials.
