About the roleSeeking an Infusion Director to lead drug procurement, financial performance, and inventory management for a growing neurology platform. This role focuses on optimizing cost, reimbursement, and supply across infusion therapies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage vendor relationships (specialty pharmacies, wholesalers, manufacturers)Negotiate drug pricing, contracts, and supply agreementsOversee drug P&L (COGS, reimbursement, margin optimization)Evaluate buy-and-bill vs. specialty pharmacy modelsImplement inventory controls and reduce waste/expirationPartner with billing to improve reimbursement and reduce denialsSupport new infusion therapy rollouts and growth initiativesEnsure compliance with payer and regulatory requirementsQualifications3+ years in infusion, specialty pharmacy, or buy-and-billStrong knowledge of reimbursement, J-codes, and payer dynamicsExperience managing drug costs and vendor negotiationsFinancial and operational mindset; multi-site experience preferredNeurology infusion experience (IVIG, biologics, ketamine) a plus
