This role performs all duties of Payments & Payment Resolution staff while also handling administrative and supervisory responsibilities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payment resolution support. The Lead provides day-to-day guidance, trains new hires, and independently executes complex payment resolution assignments requiring sound judgment.Preference will be given to candidates who live within 50 miles of Austin, Texas or Waco, Texas.
