Immigration clinic, paralegal, or externship background is a plus.Mid-Level (3–6 years): Experience with employment-based or extraordinary ability petitions; growing comfort with direct client communication; drive to take real ownership of your matters.Senior (6+ years): Deep expertise in O-1, EB-1A, and/or EB-2 NIW strategy; ability to mentor junior attorneys; ambition to grow toward practice leadership — not just maintain a steady docket.Across all levels, we requireJ.D. and active U.S. bar admission (or awaiting results for associates)Full commitment to Manifest's SLAs and quality standards — non-negotiable at every levelSelf-motivation and ownership mindsetA communication standard clients notice and rememberCompensation$130,000–$250,000.
