This role sits at the intersection of sales development, lead operations, and sales analytics.You will own lead ingestion, enrichment, and sourcing efforts while partnering closely with sales leadership to ensure pipeline health, data quality, and visibility into performance. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, data-oriented, and motivated by building systems that enable consistent outbound success.This is a foundational role on the growth team with clear exposure to sales strategy, tooling, and performance metrics.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Development & Lead SourcingOwn inbound lead intake, qualification, routing, and enrichmentProactively source new leads through research, outbound prospecting, and targeted account listsSupport outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting toolsIdentify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buying personas in partnership with sales leadershipSales Operations & Data IntegrityMaintain clean, accurate, and enriched CRM dataEnsure lead and account records are consistently updated and standardizedTrack funnel performance from lead to opportunityIdentify gaps, bottlenecks, and drop-off points in the sales processReporting & DashboardsBuild and maintain sales dashboards and reporting to track:Lead volume and sourceConversion ratesPipeline coverageActivity metricsProvide regular reporting and insights to sales leadershipSupport forecasting and pipeline reviews with accurate dataCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to align on pipeline goalsProvide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectivenessSupport Account Executives by ensuring qualified, well-researched leadsQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, sales operations, or revenue operations rolesStrong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detailExperience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic reportingStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, early-growth environmentInterest in B2B SaaS, HR technology, or sales operations is a plusCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary Range: Competitive Compensation PackageBonus: Performance-based bonus tied to pipeline and data quality metricsPTO: Generous unlimited PTO and holiday scheduleGrowth Opportunity: Direct exposure to sales strategy, tooling decisions, and leadershipWhy This Role MattersThis role is critical to ensuring viaPeople’s sales team operates with clarity, consistency, and momentum.
