Overview20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to support marketing execution and lead management for a construction company using JobTread.This role goes beyond social media posting—the primary focus is on generating, qualifying, and managing leads to ensure a steady flow of booked consultations and an organized sales pipeline.The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.Scope of ServicesContent Editing and PostingEdit short-form videos (Reels) using provided job site footage (via CapCut or Canva)Post 3–5 videos per weekPost 2–3 static posts per weekMaintain daily Instagram and Facebook StoriesRepurpose content across Instagram, Facebook, and Google BusinessLead Response and CommunicationRespond to all inbound messages (Instagram, Facebook, website inquiries)Maintain a response time of under 12 hoursUse provided scripts to guide conversationsLead Qualification (High Priority)Ask structured questions to determine budget, timeline, and scopeIdentify qualified vs. unqualified leadsForward only qualified leads to the business ownerCRM & Pipeline Management (JobTread)Enter 100% of leads into JobTreadUpdate pipeline stages:New LeadContactedQualifiedConsultation ScheduledMaintain accurate notes and organized recordsAppointment SchedulingSchedule consultations for qualified leadsSend confirmations and remindersFollow up on missed appointmentsFollow-Up SystemFollow up with non-responsive leadsRe-engage older leads when appropriateWeekly ReportingProvide a weekly report including:Total leads receivedQualified leadsConsultations scheduledLead sources (Instagram, referrals, etc.)SkillsThe Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:Experience Level: AdvancedStrong experience in:Social media managementLead generation and qualificationCRM management (preferably JobTread or similar)Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to follow systems, scripts, and workflowsDetail-oriented with strong documentation habitsProactive and results-driven mindsetImportant NoteThis role is not just for social media posting.
