You’ll own the funnel from offer → productive work, coordinate across recruiting, product, and QC, and keep thousands of contractors shipping quality data. This is systems + people ops, not recruiting sourcing.What you will doOwn large-scale onboarding: design and run end-to-end workflows for 1000s of contractors across roles, regions, and time zonesBuild the ops engine: manage offer letters, credentials, tooling access, training, and "first task" activation so new hires hit quality fastPartner cross-functionally: work daily with recruiting, product, and evaluation teams to unblock ramp, fix process gaps, and ship ops improvementsManage stakeholders: set SLAs, comms, and dashboards for hiring managers + vendors. Translate data into clear updatesQA the experience: monitor drop-off, time-to-productivity, and early QC rates. Run retros + A/B tests to improve onboardingRequirements5+ years in Talent Ops, People Ops, or program management with proven large-scale onboarding experienceStrong stakeholder management: you coordinate recruiters, PMs, and execs without dropping threadsProcess + data mindset: you map workflows, write SOPs, and track metrics in sheets/Notion/Airtable/Workday/BambooHRCross-functional collaboration: comfortable driving projects with eng, product, and ops teamsClear written + verbal communication for playbooks, emails, and exec updatesBonusExperience supporting distributed/contractor workforces.
