Requirements and responsibilities

About the Role: - We are hiring a BMC Developer - Helix / ITSM for an onsite engagement in Bengaluru. - This role requires hands-on experience with BMC Helix and Remedy ITSM, working closely with internal IT and ITSM teams to support ongoing initiatives and strengthen the BMC landscape. Responsibilities: - Develop and support BMC Helix / Remedy ITSM solutions. - Work closely with internal ITSM teams on ongoing platform initiatives. - Configure and customize modules based on business requirements. - Troubleshoot incidents and resolve platform issues. - Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for delivery. - Support system improvements and optimization activities. Required Skills: - 10 years of experience in BMC Helix / Remedy ITSM. - Strong hands-on development and configuration experience. - Knowledge of ITSM modules and workflows. - Experience troubleshooting application issues. - Understanding of integrations and enterprise application support. - Good communication and collaboration skills. Preferred: - Experience in enterprise ITSM environments. - Availability for onsite work in Bengaluru.
