The Sales Director- Health Plan will report directly to the VP of Sales – Health Plan and have responsibility to develop and grow health plan business to exceed sales goals for Vatica Health and Cozeva’s risk adjustment and platform solutions in a defined territory. The Director will be responsible for managing a territory and driving business results, sales activities, and cross functional initiatives. The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $150,000, with an estimated total compensation ranging from $300,000 to $325,000 (annualized USD). These figures represent just one aspect of the comprehensive total compensation package we offer.
