You’ll sit at the center of Business and Development teams, translating what stakeholders need into secure, maintainable Salesforce solutions. You’ll work across Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT on Service & Sales Cloud and related capabilities.This role is a natural fit for someone with a Business Analyst or Project/Program Manager background who has grown deep into Salesforce—comfortable running requirements sessions one hour and building flows the next.About youYou think in terms of users and outcomes, not just tickets. You’re disciplined about change control and documentation because you’ve seen what happens without them. You can push back on a bad request, scope a good one, and ship the result. You’re comfortable being the single point of accountability for the platform.What you’ll doPlatform administration and configurationBuild and maintain objects, fields, layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, approvals, and dynamic forms.Manage profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules to enforce least-privilege access.Run releases across sandboxes and production change sets or DevOps tooling, regression, and post-deploy validation.Data management and qualityOwn data hygiene: dedupe, validation, standardization, and ongoing monitoring.Run imports, exports, and corrections using Data Loader and approved tools.Establish governance, naming conventions, and a data dictionary for key objects and fields.Automation, integrations, and monitoringDesign and maintain Flow-based automation with auditability and control built in.Partner with internal teams and vendors on integration requirements, field mappings, and error handling (APIs, middleware, managed packages).Monitor platform health, adoption, and limits; triage issues and coordinate with Salesforce Support and IT.Stakeholder partnership and supportBe the primary point of contact for Salesforce requests intake, refine, and prioritize with business owners.Provide Tier 2/3 support: troubleshoot, find root cause, and ship durable fixes under change control.Deliver end-user training, release notes, and runbooks that stay current.Required qualifications5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in a production environment.Strong configuration and automation chops: objects, security model, Flow, validation rules, approvals, data management.Reports and dashboards—able to turn business questions into reliable metrics.Experience supporting integrations and managed packages end-to-end.Working knowledge of security, privacy, and access controls in regulated environments; comfortable with audit and compliance requests.Demonstrated ability to manage a backlog, write clear user stories, and run UAT and regression testing.Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201), or able to obtain within a defined timeframe.Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.Preferred qualificationsPrior Business Analyst or Project/Program Manager experience—this role bridges Business and Development, and that background translates directly.Salesforce experience in financial services or another regulated industry (banking, lending, insurance, payments).Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).DevOps and release-management tooling (Copado, Gearset) and structured release practices.Familiarity with SOX, SOC 2, PCI, or similar control frameworks.Compensation and benefits$100,000 - $120,000 per year (DOE)Benefit package with health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage options401(k) retirement plan option with company matchingGenerous paid time off policy—start with 18 days per yearPaid holidays immediately upon hire—7 standard holidays & 2 floating holidays of your choice
