Read on!What you’ll do…Boost sales and long-term business growth by building new sales pipeline through direct outreach (phone and email) based on our prospect database and your own researchQualify leads using specific guidelines and criteria in a CRM (Salesforce)Engage leads through follow-up communicationsPrioritize and organize the lead pipeline on a daily basis for maximum efficiencyMake outgoing sales calls, seeking new school district clientsEnsure all sales activities are accurately recorded and tracked in SalesforceTake part and actively contribute in weekly, monthly, and annual sales and territory team meetingsWhat we’re looking for…1-2 years of experience generating and/or triaging leadsPrevious experience prospecting and working with an inside sales teamA team player who is open to growth and professional/personal developmentThe ability and confidence to cold call and engage in meaningful discussionsStrong organization, prioritization, and time management skillsHighly motivated and self-directed, with a strong record of successResilient, with a positive outlook and unwavering drive to succeedThe compensation for this role offers an OTE ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 with a 70/30 split between base salary and incentive.
