This is a fully remote, client-facing role where you will be building production-grade AI solutions from scratch for Healthcare and BFSI industries. Think less "corporate AI ticket work" and more "startup within an enterprise" - rapid prototyping, agentic pipelines, and real client impact. What you will be doing: - Building end-to-end GenAI and ML pipelines. - Designing reusable AI frameworks. - Researching and prototyping the latest GenAI technologies. - Turning client-specific solutions into scalable, reusable products. What we are looking for: - 3-10+ years in Data Science with recent hands-on GenAI experience. - Strong command of RAG systems, LLM orchestration, agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen), vector databases, ML pipelines, and cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI). - Python proficiency and clean coding practices are a must. - Healthcare or BFSI domain knowledge is a strong plus.
