Requirements and responsibilities

Technical Program Manager to steer Azure-based data ecosystem initiatives, own the Data Platform roadmap, manage dependencies, and translate milestones into executive-ready narratives. Responsibilities include strategic delivery across engineering teams, RAID governance, Agile at scale (Safe Agile), PI planning, Jira and Azure DevOps, and defining platform KPIs (latency, throughput, cost-to-serve) to balance technical debt with feature delivery.
