You’ll manage and nurture client relationships, build strong POCs, identify new business opportunities, and ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions across IT and Creative domains.What We’re Looking For6–8 years of experience in Account Management / Client Partner roles (US Staffing background)Proven experience with MSP programs and non-touch accountsStrong expertise in managing enterprise client relationships and POCsExcellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skillsExperience with KPIs, QBRs, and performance trackingUnderstanding of IT & Creative staffing delivery modelsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesTrack record of achieving revenue, fill rate & client satisfaction goals
