About the roleLead is a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. We operate an FDIC-insured bank headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, and we also have offices in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, and New York City.We are hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager to support partner onboarding to our Banking as a Service platform. This key role focuses on delivering an implementation experience from contract signature to go-live. You will provide guidance and solutions for our partner’s data integration and ongoing integration support, helping build out the foundation for a high-impact function at Lead.In this role you will:Deeply understand the partner’s business goals and product structureLead technical implementations of new partners and serve as the key technical contact as they integrate with LeadPartner with product/engineering, program management, legal/compliance/risk, accounting, and other teams for tasks related to partner onboardingDefine internal processes to streamline partner onboardingBuild product examples, documentation, and other critical resources so external and internal parties can operate more effectively and efficientlySuccessfully manage a number of engagements concurrentlyEffectively manage escalations, scope change, and implementation of projects or programs, including monitoring project quality, timeline, risk, and performanceInform partners of our product development roadmap with concrete examples while setting appropriate expectationsBe an integral part of building out this function from 0 to 1, defining culture, processes, and identityPerform all other duties as assignedQualifications5+ years of hands-on solution architecture, data integration, partner delivery experienceAbility to understand, visualize, and document the client’s product construct and how they map to internal data models used for processing cards, transactions, and loansExcellent knowledge of SFTP, APIs, and related standards such as HTTP, REST, SOAP, and OAuthProven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groupsExperience managing projects with multiple requirements and agendas while maintaining holistic plans and driving to agreed-upon scheduleOutstanding communication and problem-solving skills, customer focus, and results orientationKnowledge of financial services and the fintech ecosystem, with a desire to learn changing trends—especially as it relates to legal, compliance, underwriting, and risk managementWhat we offerCompetitive compensation, including opportunities for equity grants, based on experience, geographic location, and roleMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k Matching, and other wellness benefits, including FSA, HSA and HRAPaid parental leaveFlexible vacation policy, including PTO and paid holidaysA fun and challenging team environment in a dynamic industry with ample opportunities for career growth
