The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of Java and cloud-based projects, driving Agile practices, and ensuring high-quality, on-time releases.Key Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and deliver Java + AWS-based projects within scope, schedule, and budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps) for successful delivery.Provide technical oversight on Java/Spring Boot and AWS implementations.Track progress, risks, and issues using Jira and ensure transparency across teams.Drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and clients.Required Skills:Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS).Hands-on experience managing projects using Jira and Confluence.Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.PMP, CSM, or AWS certification will be an added advantage.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please send your resume to careers@americanitsystems.com.
