Job Title: Business Development Manager – US & IT Projects Company: NYB Infotech LLP Location: Hyderabad (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote) Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Salary: Based on previous CTC Job Description: NYB Infotech LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to generate and manage domestic and international business opportunities across multiple domains including IT Services, BPO, Medical Coding, US Mortgage Services, Digital Marketing, Oracle Technologies, Web Development, etc. The ideal candidate should have strong client acquisition skills, experience in handling US projects, and the ability to build long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and acquire new clients for US and IT projects • Generate leads through LinkedIn, portals, email campaigns, and networking • Handle end-to-end business development activities and client coordination • Work on requirements related to: o Oracle Technologies o Web Development o Digital Marketing o BPO Projects o Medical Coding & HCC Projects o US Mortgage Services • Prepare proposals, presentations, and project discussions • Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure business growth Required Skills: • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development • Experience in IT services and US project acquisition • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Knowledge of outsourcing/staffing business models • Ability to work independently and achieve targets • Experience with LinkedIn sourcing, bidding portals, and client handling Preferred: • Existing client/vendor network will be an added advantage • Experience in international business development preferred
