Location: - Remote (Philippines, South Africa, Latin America preferred). Position Overview: - 21Tech is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales team by identifying and engaging potential clients interested in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consulting and implementation services. - This role focuses on outbound prospecting, cold calling, research, and scheduling discovery meetings for the senior sales team. - The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating with U.S. based executives and public sector leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. - Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers within public sector and asset-intensive industries. - Identify organizations that may benefit from Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions and consulting services. - Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings for the senior sales team. - Build and maintain prospect lists across transit agencies, utilities, municipalities, and infrastructure organizations. - Track outreach activities and manage leads in the company CRM system. - Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and generate interest. - Support marketing campaigns and targeted outreach initiatives. - Use AI and research tools to identify new prospects and enrich contact data. - Maintain consistent activity levels to support pipeline growth. Qualifications: - 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, or outbound sales. - Strong English verbal and written communication skills with a clear speaking voice. - Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls and engaging prospects professionally. - Strong research and prospecting skills using LinkedIn, AI tools, and prospect databases. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Strong organization and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting consulting or enterprise software sales teams. - Experience prospecting into public sector organizations or infrastructure industries. - Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce. - Experience scheduling and qualifying meetings for senior sales teams. Education: - Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience. What Success Looks Like: - Consistent outbound prospecting activity (40–60 calls per day). - Qualified meetings scheduled for the sales team (6–10 per month). - High-quality leads generated and properly researched. - Contribution to the growth of the company’s sales pipeline.
