Leasing & Tenant ManagementAssist in managing approximately 300 residential lease renewals annuallyPrepare, issue, and track lease renewal documentationCommunicate proactively with tenants regarding lease paperwork, required documents, and important deadlinesGuide prospective and incoming residents through rental applications and onboarding processesMaintain highly accurate leasing trackers, databases, and internal reporting systems2. Resident & Vendor CommunicationServe as a professional point of contact for residents, property owners, vendors, and on-site staffRespond to resident inquiries promptly and provide clear, helpful updatesAct as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking residents, ensuring seamless communication and supportMonitor ongoing resident concerns and follow through until issues are fully resolvedBuild positive relationships while maintaining professionalism and enforcing policies when necessary3. Work Order ManagementReceive, create, track, and update maintenance requestsCoordinate scheduling and property access between residents, vendors, and building staffAssess maintenance requests and prioritize urgency appropriatelyManage issues such as leaks, repairs, access concerns, and building emergenciesMaintain detailed records, notes, and communication history for every work order4.
