Job Summary:
- We are hiring a Home Care Coordinator to drive client growth and community relationships across our service area.
- This is a field-based, relationship-driven role where you will connect with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and community partners to generate referrals and expand our client base, while also supporting caregiver recruitment.
- If you have experience in home care, healthcare recruiting, or medical outreach, and enjoy being out in the field building real relationships, this role is built for you.
- As we serve a diverse community, we are prioritizing candidates who are fluent in Spanish.
- We also welcome applicants proficient in Korean, Filipino, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Polish, or Hindi.
What You Will Own (Your Impact):
- Build and grow referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, assisted living facilities, and social workers.
- Generate new client leads and admissions through consistent outreach and follow-ups.
- Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking meetings.
- Educate partners on our services through presentations and in-person visits.
- Support caregiver recruitment efforts to ensure strong staffing pipelines.
- Track outreach activity, referrals, and conversion performance.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in home care, healthcare recruiting, medical sales, or community outreach.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, networking, and in-person visits.
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and territory.
- Ability to balance client acquisition and caregiver recruitment.
Strongly Preferred:
- Background with a home care agency.
- Experience as a healthcare recruiter or care coordinator.
- Bilingual.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, home care, or a related field.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with engaging presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Experience with digital marketing, CRM systems, and social media outreach is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
