Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to ensure maximum performance and efficiency. Conduct detailed research and leverage modern tools to enhance campaign targeting and improve conversion rates. Manage media buying efforts by negotiating with vendors and utilizing platforms to secure optimal ad placements. Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for conversion optimization. Lead media planning initiatives for clients by aligning budget allocations with strategic goals while maintaining rigorous budgeting discipline. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on affiliate marketing programs, social media management, and SEO strategies to create integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement. Continuously analyze campaign data, generate insights, and adjust tactics to improve ROI while maintaining brand consistency across all digital channels. Qualifications Strategic Leadership & Implementation: Proven experience in high-level account strategy and implementation, ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with overarching business goals and deliver measurable ROI. Technical Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working closely with a web development team to properly attack ad campaigns, ensuring technical infrastructure, tracking, and site speed are optimized for performance. Behavioral Health Expertise: Deep understanding of the behavioral healthcare industry, including the nuances of lead generation and digital HIPAA compliance. Performance Marketing Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of SEM, SEO, and digital advertising platforms, specifically Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Bing Ads, and programmatic tools. Data & Analytics Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track user engagement metrics and campaign success. Financial Stewardship: Experience managing large-scale digital budgets with a relentless focus on maximizing ROI and performance. Conversion Optimization: Strong skills in keyword research and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance the effectiveness of paid and organic campaigns.
