The OpportunityDominion Financial is a top-10 private lender in the U.S., originating over $100 million in loans per month. With a team of 200+, we provide financing for rental properties, fix-and-flip projects, new construction, and multifamily deals nationwide. We're building out our content presence, and we need someone to help us do it.The best part: you won't be figuring it out alone. We've built custom AI tools that handle the heavy lifting (research, drafting, optimization), so you can focus on learning the craft and producing great work. Every assignment comes with a guided workflow that walks you through each step. Think of it as a launchpad: real responsibilities, real tools, and real published work you can point to when the summer is over.Day to DayWrite and optimize web pages and blog posts about our loan products, tailored to markets nationwide.Use custom-built AI tools to research topics, generate first drafts, and refine content; you'll be trained on all of it.Add internal and external links, write meta descriptions, and prepare pages for publishing.Help with outreach to websites and publications where we'd like to earn backlinks.Who You AreA strong writer who cares about getting the details right.Self-motivated and organized; you can manage your own queue without someone looking over your shoulder.Curious about AI, marketing, real estate, finance, or some combination of the above.Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field.No prior SEO or real estate experience needed. If you can write well and are eager to learn, we'll teach you the rest.What You'll Walk Away WithHands-on experience using custom AI tools in a professional content workflow; not just experimenting but producing real work.A portfolio of published pages on a national financial services website.Working knowledge of SEO, AI search optimization, and content strategy at scale.Exposure to real estate investment finance (one of the fastest-growing areas in lending).Dominion Financial is a top-10 private lender in the U.S., originating over $100 million in loans per month.
