This is a consultative, high-impact position where strong communication and closing skills are key.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound consultations with students and parents via scheduled 15-minute callsGuide families through the AI research program, including structure, outcomes, and expectationsAct as a trusted advisor to parents, who are the primary decision-makersAddress questions and objections with clarity and confidenceDrive enrollment by effectively closing qualified prospectsMaintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in Airtable/CRM toolsStay organized with follow-ups and ensure a smooth admissions experienceRequirementsExperience in enrollment sales, admissions counseling, or inbound consultative sales (education/edtech preferred)Proven ability to close deals in short, structured callsComfortable selling to parents as the primary decision-makersStrong objection-handling skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with CRM (e.g., Airtable) experienceExcellent communication skills with perfect English fluencyPersonable, confident, and able to build trust quicklyBenefitsUSD Salary.Ability to work remotely.
