You’ll focus on the operational heart of pre-litigation—opening claims, managing medical record requests, securing police reports, and resolving lien issues—so attorneys can work with complete, timely information.What You'll Do:Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriersRequest, track, and follow up on medical records and police reportsMonitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolutionPartner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand draftingIdentify and fix operational bottleneck.Your Team: Legal OperationsLegal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for our law firm partners and their injured clients with precision, speed & care.
