This flexible supplemental opportunity requires approximately 2–4 hours per week and supports a total census of 8 residents (4 per home). The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescent behavioral health populations and be comfortable collaborating with residential treatment teams to provide high-quality psychiatric care through telehealth.ResponsibilitiesConduct psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluationsDevelop and oversee individualized treatment plansProvide medication management and monitoringParticipate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and discharge planningCommunicate with families regarding medication changes and treatment recommendationsComplete peer-to-peer reviews as neededProvide care coordination and consultation support to residential staff and treatment teamsMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within the EHR, completed within 24 hours of serviceQualificationsMD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in PsychiatryActive, unrestricted North Carolina medical licenseDEA registrationExperience treating children and adolescents with behavioral health conditionsComfortable providing services via telehealthStrong communication, collaboration, and documentation skillsScheduleApproximately 2–4 hours per weekFlexible schedulingSupplemental part-time opportunity
