You’ll also join a team that is solving challenging problems every day with the potential to make a global impact.YOUR MISSIONAs a Professional Services Consultant you will lead the implementation of Nulogy’s Platform for new customers with support from other consultants. You will be the prime point of contact during the customer implementation process, leveraging your skills in Project Management, Customer Relationship Management and Product and Domain Knowledge in order to onboard customers to Nulogy effectively and efficiently.We are looking for candidates located in the USA, Mexico or Canada.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate on-site Business Process Mapping (BPM) sessions with customers and collect information that will guide the development of Workflows and Standard Operating ProceduresAssist in the translating of business requirements into technical design documentsConfigure and trouble shoot solutions per design documentsAssist customers with data migration activities related to Go-Live Train and mentor customer shop floor, front office, and management users in the use of our platform Ensure all key project tasks and milestones are captured, completed, and communicated according to timelines while managing competing prioritiesOther duties as assignedABOUT YOU Required QualificationsStrong consulting, analytical and problem solving skillsStrong presence, able to articulate complex concepts accurately, logical structure in presenting ideas in written and verbal communications  Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage Manufacturing, Supply chain and distribution industry knowledge and experience Ability to travel as needed (50%)Able to work from home while not travelling to or working from customer facilities  BA / BS / AA DegreeLegally entitled to work in North America Must be willing and able to travel internationally Holds a valid driver's license and passportPreferred QualificationsBilingual (English/Spanish) abilities, including verbal and written communication skillsExperience implementing MES, QMS, Environmental Health Safety, CMMS, and/or Inventory Management softwareBasic knowledge of networking and PLC programming.
