I'm hiring a Head of Supplier Quality & ComplianceWe are looking for an experienced leader to build and lead our Supplier Quality & Compliance function as we continue to scale our business and strengthen our supplier ecosystem.This role will define supplier standards, establish compliance requirements, implement accountability programs, develop supplier performance scorecards, and partner across Product, Vendor Relations, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive measurable improvements across our global supplier network.We’re looking for someone with deep experience in supplier quality, supplier compliance, or supply chain leadership, ideally within the automotive aftermarket, who can build scalable programs, influence cross-functional teams, and turn data into action.This is a unique opportunity to build a critical function from the ground up and directly impact customer trust, operational excellence, and long-term growth.Remote, with preference for candidates located in the Northeast U.S. or near Mesa, AZ
