The Treetop provides ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum, and in this role you will help build the teams that work directly with our kiddos every day. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact from the administrative side by helping us find exceptional clinicians and behavior technicians who will support children and families in meaningful ways.If you love connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about building strong teams, we’d love to meet you!What You’ll DoAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with our operations and scheduling teams to ensure we are hiring the right people to meet the needs of the communities we serve.Key Responsibilities:Partner closely with the scheduling team to understand hiring needs and staffing prioritiesCreate, manage, open, and close job postings across hiring platformsReview applications and coordinate interviews with qualified candidatesSchedule and book interviews with new applicantsConduct candidate interviews and evaluate fit for rolesPrepare and send offer letters to selected candidatesMaintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring processSupport recruiting processes to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experienceParticipate in community outreach efforts by supporting local hiring events and recruitment initiatives as neededWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who is highly organized, motivated, and excited to be a part of a mission-driven team.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree completed (required) (Psychology/Social Work degree preferred but not required)Experience in recruiting/talent acquisition and/or the field of ABAAdministrative experience with strong organizational skillsExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating as part of a remote teamSomeone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and connecting with peopleWhy Join The Treetop?At The Treetop, you’ll be part of a warm, collaborative, and fun remote team that is passionate about making a difference.
