We're Hiring: Senior Lead – Oracle Fusion HCMKey ResponsibilitiesLead and drive Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and enhancement projects.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into effective solutions.Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Provide functional expertise and best-practice recommendations across HCM processes.Support solution design, data migration, integrations, testing, and post-go-live activities.Mentor team members and act as a subject matter expert (SME) in assigned modules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Required Skills & Experience5–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.SME-level expertise in two or more of the following modules:Compensation & BenefitsOTL (Oracle Time & Labor)Absence ManagementPayrollHelp DeskLearningOracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)Talent ManagementCore HREnd-to-end experience in 4–5 Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.Hands-on configuration and implementation expertise in at least two HCM modules.Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.📩 Interested?
