Responsibilities

**Administrative Construction Coordinator (Back-Office Operations)** **Company:** CoreVenture Exteriors **Location:** Remote (LATAM — Spanish required) **Schedule:** Full-time, 8am–5pm Mountain Time **Compensation:** ~$2,000 USD/month + performance bonus --- **About the Role** CoreVenture Exteriors is a Denver-based roofing and exterior construction company focused on high-end new construction projects. This role is a back-office operations position, not a customer-facing or project-management role. Your job is to keep the administrative engine of the company running cleanly and reliably — permits, inspections, invoices, secondary trades, and internal records — so real-time coordination and communication can stay fast and responsive. This role is ideal for someone who loves checklists, queues, follow-through, and closing tasks, and who takes pride in keeping systems organized and current. --- What You Will Own You will be responsible for administrative throughput, including: * Creating and sending invoices * Tracking payments and billing status * Pulling permits and managing permit workflows * Scheduling inspections with municipalities * Following up with secondary trades and vendors * Auditing project files for completeness and accuracy * Maintaining pipeline hygiene and internal records * Keeping administrative tasks visible, tracked, and closed You will not be responsible for: * live customer communication * day-of crew coordination * field scheduling * quality control decisions Those responsibilities are owned by a separate coordinator. --- What Success Looks Like You are winning in this role if: * Invoices, permits, and inspections never stall * Administrative tasks do not age or disappear * Files are clean, complete, and audit-ready * No one has to remind you to follow up * The operations team can trust that back-office work is handled Reliability and consistency matter more than speed or personality. --- What You Must Be Good At * Following processes and checklists exactly * Managing task queues and backlogs * Working methodically and independently * Handling repetitive administrative work without losing accuracy * Communicating clearly in writing * Staying organized across multiple projects --- Requirements * Spanish fluency (spoken and written) * Strong English reading and writing * Experience in construction, home services, logistics, or operations * Comfort working inside software systems (CRM / project management tools) * Reliable internet and ability to work US business hours Experience with AccuLynx or similar tools is a plus but not required. --- Who This Role Is NOT For This role is not for: * Project managers * Engineers or architects * Customer service or sales roles * People who want to “run projects” * Candidates who prefer constant interaction or decision-making This is an execution-focused administrative role. --- Why This Role Exists This position exists to: * reduce operational bottlenecks, * protect response times, * and allow the company to scale without chaos. If you take pride in keeping systems clean and work moving quietly behind the scenes, this role is a strong fit.
