Role Summary: The Director of Development will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising the full execution of high-end real estate projects. This includes managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, controlling budgets, and guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and project delivery. Key Challenges: * Lead and oversee new luxury hospitality development projects within the company. * Coordinate, streamline, and accelerate the acquisition of permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals. Required Qualifications (Must-Haves): * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a completed Master’s degree. * Advanced English is mandatory. * 15–25 years of experience in real estate development and project management. * 3+ years working on luxury hotel or high-end club projects. * 3+ years of experience in the Mexican high-luxury market. * Industry experience must come from Real Estate Development, Luxury Property Development, or Property Marketing. Key Responsibilities: * Build and lead the development team to coordinate execution of complex real estate projects. * Define and develop the strategic execution plan and business model for each project. * Oversee progress across all phases: design, construction, and project closeout. * Manage relationships with authorities, consultants, contractors, and key suppliers. * Prepare detailed progress reports, cost updates, and final project documentation.
