SAP MM Lead Consultant - Retail & Fashion Industry at Avision Techsoft Pvt Ltd

Experience Required: 8–10 years in SAP MM, with ECC rollout and at least one S/4HANA RISE with SAP implementation / support. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP MM implementations and rollouts across ECC and S/4HANA platforms, with a focus on Fashion/Retail industry processes • Configure and optimize core MM functionalities including Procurement, Inventory Management, MRP, and Vendor Management • Collaborate closely with ABAP developers to design and implement custom enhancements using BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Extensions • Conduct fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and functional specification documentation • Ensure seamless integration with SD, FI, and other relevant modules • Support data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization • Align solutions with localization requirements and industry best practices Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree computers, Supply Chain, IT, or related field • 8–10 years of SAP MM experience, including ECC rollout and S/4HANA RISE with SAP implementation • Strong understanding of Retail or Fashion-specific SAP processes and master data structures • Proven experience working with ABAP teams on custom developments and enhancements • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Cloud deployment models • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have • Exposure to SAP FMS, AFS, or S/4HANA Fashion vertical • Experience with SAP BTP, CPI, or Integration Suite • SAP SD exposure • SAP MM or S/4HANA certification • Knowledge of Singapore’s procurement and tax regulations
