We are hiring a high-level Operations Manager to scale revenue, optimize performance, and engineer growth across our call center and sales operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for a data-driven operator who understands numbers, systems, and execution. Mission - Increase revenue consistently. - Improve operational efficiency. - Maximize return on every dollar invested. Core Responsibilities - Drive month-over-month revenue growth. - Increase conversion rates, close ratios, and ARPU. - Own daily call center KPIs and agent productivity. - Optimize CRM, dialers, workflows, and automation. - Reduce CPA and improve marketing ROI. - Build scalable SOPs and eliminate operational bottlenecks. - Strengthen retention and repeat purchase systems. Accountability Metrics - Revenue Growth (MoM). - Conversion Rate. - CPA & ROMI. - Agent Productivity. - Customer Retention & LTV. - ARPU. Ideal Profile - 5+ years leading high-volume sales or call center operations. - Proven track record of scaling revenue. - Strong analytical and financial acumen. - Advanced CRM, reporting, and automation expertise. - Excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets (BI tools a plus). - Experience in telecom, internet, or subscription-based models preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred. - MBA is a plus.
