The ideal candidate is a problem‑solver who can translate client requirements into effective, real‑world solutions. This role involves solution design, hands‑on workflow development, client collaboration, and participation in all phases of implementation.You will work closely with clients and internal teams to break down technical and process challenges, document recommendations, meet project deadlines, and guide clients through assessment, design, data loading, testing, and deployment. Our experienced consultants will train and mentor you in our established delivery methodology. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States.Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct business and data analysis for client engagementsLead or participate in client communication and basic project coordinationSupport and help facilitate data mapping sessionsDesign automated workflow processes, forms, notifications, and related artifactsCreate reporting mechanisms and dashboardsDevelop, test, and document workflow processes using client supported toolsMaintain task lists, deliverables, and decision logsParticipate in vendor led training and professional development sessionsAttend client project and status meetings; present updates as neededCollaborate with InOutsource project managers and team membersContribute to the improvement of reusable templates and methodologiesQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Experience with Intapp softwareExcellent independent decision making skills and a solution focused attitudeExceptional verbal and written communication skillsBasic understanding of relational database design principlesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and qualitySolution oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a law firm or legal environmentExperience with Intapp Integration Builder aka Integrate platformWorking knowledge of SQLCertification or experience with the Dell Boomi integration platformExperience with other aspects of the Intapp product suiteBasic knowledge of computer networkingEqual Employment OpportunityInOutsource is an Equal Employment Opportunity EEO employer.
