The Opportunity The Sr. Product Manager will help shape the next generation of Supplier.io’s platform, driving new product innovation that unlocks measurable business impact for our customers and revenue growth for our company. This role will lead the definition, development, and go-to-market strategy for new capabilities that leverage Supplier.io’s data and AI assets to improve how enterprises source, evaluate, and engage suppliers. You’ll thrive here if you love validating opportunities through customer discovery and turning market insights into products that scale.What You Will DoLead the end-to-end product lifecycle for new or evolving products - from discovery and validation to launch and growth.Conduct deep user and market research to identify high-impact opportunities and validate problem-solution fit.Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to Supplier.io’s growth and innovation goals.Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver valuable, feasible, and scalable solutions.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to design effective positioning, pricing strategies, and GTM plans.Define and monitor key success metrics, using data to inform prioritization and product iteration.Serve as the voice of the customer and a champion for innovation across the organization.Evaluate new markets, buyer personas, and competitive offerings to identify expansion opportunities.Build business cases for new products and revenue streams, including market sizing and differentiation strategies.What You will Need to Succeed5+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS products for customers.Proven success taking a product from concept to market, including MVP definition, validation, and commercialization.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills - able to connect customer needs, technical possibilities, and business outcomes.Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams and influencing stakeholders across engineering, data, sales, and marketing.Strong Product Ownership experience leveraging agile methodologies.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value.Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced, 0-to-1 environments.Experience in enterprise procurement, supplier management, or AI-driven automation products is a strong plus.Experience assessing markets or adjacent personas and turning insights into product opportunities.Strong commercial mindset — able to connect product decisions to go-to-market, pricing, and revenue growth.We do no accept unsolicited resumes from recruitment/search firms.Supplier.io participates in E-Verify.
