Job DescriptionTechnical Delivery Manager: We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to support the execution of product initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams.This role sits close to the Product organization and focuses on turning product roadmaps into predictable delivery. You will not own the product vision or roadmap, but you will play a key role in how and when things get delivered, managing technical dependencies, risks, and delivery trade-offs.What You’ll DoDrive end-to-end delivery of technical and product initiatives, from planning through release.Partner closely with Product Managers to execute roadmap priorities.Work with Engineering and Data teams to manage technical dependencies and delivery risks.Facilitate delivery planning, backlog readiness, and release coordination.Support decision-making around scope, timelines, and technical constraints.Identify execution risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans.Ensure clear communication and alignment across product, technical, and operational stakeholders.Provide delivery visibility through status updates, risks, and dependency tracking.Continuously improve delivery practices as product teams scale.What You’ll Bring7+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Technical Program Management, or Technical Project Management roles.Strong experience working closely with engineering and product teams.Proven background delivering software-based products or platforms.Experience managing delivery across multiple teams and complex initiatives.Solid understanding of Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).Ability to translate product goals into clear delivery and execution plans.Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and driving clarity.Strong stakeholder communication skills, including executive-level interactions.Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).Technical UnderstandingComfortable engaging in technical conversations related to system integrations, APIs, data flows, and dependencies.Experience working with modern software environments, including cloud-based systems and data platforms.Coding is not required, but a solid technical understanding is essential.What We OfferSalary in USD.100% remote work across LATAM.Flexible schedules and strong work-life balance.Continuous learning and professional development.Recognition programs and inclusive culture.
