About the jobWe are currently looking for a NetSuite Developer to join our team. This role is centered around supporting and enhancing our Oracle NetSuite ERP platform to align with business objectives across Finance, Procurement, HR, and other corporate functions. The NetSuite Developer will lead the design and implementation of new customizations, integrations, and technical solutions while ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable, and efficient.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.1, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (Web Services), RESTlets, and other NetSuite development toolsImplement and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other internal/external systemsTranslate business requirements into technical solutions and provide support throughout the development lifecycleExperience in supporting European countries specially Italian localization.Partner with business stakeholders and application support teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize system functionality, and drive continuous improvementParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and documentationSupport system upgrades and ensure compatibility with NetSuite releasesMaintain technical documentation, user guides, and configuration recordsEnsure development follows best practices for performance, scalability, and securityCollaborate with the Release Management team to support UAT, code reviews, and production deploymentsContribute to data governance, system audits, and compliance initiativesWhat we look for6+ years of hands-on experience developing in Oracle NetSuite ERP, ideally with both technical and functional exposureStrong proficiency in SuiteScript 2.1 and related NetSuite development technologiesExperience with system integrations via SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), RESTlets, and middleware platformsUnderstanding of core NetSuite modules: Financials, Procurement, Order Management, and ReportingNetSuite Certification (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) preferredFluency in EnglishExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical details into business-friendly languageDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving issues and improving systemsAbility to manage multiple development tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Agile methodologies is a plus
