Requirements and responsibilities


Location: Remote (US-based applicants only). Experience: 1–5 years, B2B preferred. Key responsibilities: * Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing. * Sell to US-based SMB and mid-market clients while meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets. * Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent. * Conduct high-quality discovery calls to identify customer pain points and buying intent. * Deliver product demos and sales presentations tailored to US customers. * Negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals independently. * Work closely with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and qualify outbound prospects. * Maintain accurate forecasting and deal updates in CRM systems. * Manage post-sale handoff to onboarding and customer success teams. * Stay updated on product changes, competitors, and US market trends. * Handle objections confidently and push deals to closure. * Maintain strong client relationships to support renewals and upsells. Required skills and qualifications: * Proven experience selling to US customers. * Strong spoken and written English for US business communication. * Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, and pipeline management. * Availability to work US time zones. * Data-driven approach with consistent quota achievement. * Familiarity with SaaS or EdTech sales is a plus. What success looks like: * Consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. * Shortening sales cycles and improving close rates. * Maintaining a clean CRM with accurate forecasts and deal tracking.
