Requirements and responsibilities


Role: Account Manager to drive new logo acquisition and end-to-end RFP management for the US market. Responsibilities include driving new client acquisition, owning RFPs, proposals and submissions, engaging with prospects to understand business needs, collaborating with internal teams for solutioning, pricing and delivery, building and nurturing long-term client relationships, and maintaining the sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates. Requirements: 5–10 years in Account Management / Business Development / IT Sales; proven experience with US clients; strong expertise in proposal and deal management; solid understanding of IT services, digital, cloud, and data solutions; excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong business acumen with a customer-first approach. Nice to have: startup or high-growth IT environment experience; exposure to consulting or digital transformation sales; ability to work effectively across time zones.
