About the RoleWhile we are a fully-remote company, we are accepting candidates who reside and work daily within 2 hours of Eastern Time. Rubris, a leader in the mass tort legal technology space, is hiring Consulting and Operations Associates to join our team. You will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality services and delivery to our clients. You will work closely with project team members to assist in the implementation, enhancement and ongoing delivery of legal technology software project solutions in the mass tort space. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software consulting and operations in a dynamic and collaborative fully-remote work environment.Key responsibilities:Assist with the management and completion of process design, work plans, schedules, and project-related tasks within specified timelines in the collecting complex data in varying formats for upload to our Rubris platformPerform data analysis and reporting as part of the project teamPrioritize tasks across multiple projects daily and provide regular status updates for tasks/projectsEngage and communicate (written and verbal) with clients and team membersSupport clients in onboarding and utilizing our Rubris technology platform effectivelyManage large amounts of complex data in varying formats for upload to our platformRespond to inquiries from clients and other parties involved in settlements and create detailed task lists and action itemsCollaborate as part of a team of cross-functional roles with joint ownership of outcomesBe a curious about how your role contributes to the success of the team and business objectives of RubrisEngage, collaborate, and drive results in a remote environmentWhat you bring:2+ years of professional experience with an emphasis on client project delivery/management, client success, or data managementBachelor’s degree, preferably economics, finance, data analysis, statistics, engineering, or information technologyExperience working on teams who interact with prominent clients, manage data, and/or design and document processes highly desiredBasic understanding of Lucid Chart and Click Up or similar project management toolsExcel skills at least at an intermediate level; experience with tables & arrays, conditional formatting, and pivot tables is highly desiredExperience in a technological environment extremely helpfulExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsCareful and consistent attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to build strong relationships with clients and team membersProcess-oriented with a great attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsWhat We Offer:Fully remote work model, with in-person and virtual collaboration opportunitiesPaid employee medical, dental, and vision insurance premiumsMonthly technology stipend to support your remote work environment401(k) plan with immediate vesting and employer contributionsWho is Rubris?Rubris provides transformational legal technology and solutions for complex business and legal processes in the mass tort industry.
