About the RoleOutsourcedIn is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Administrator to provide remote project and contracts support across residential construction projects in New South Wales.This role requires a highly capable residential construction professional with strong contracts administration and project coordination experience, able to work independently while supporting onshore Construction Managers, Site Supervisors, Directors, and external consultants.This is a fully remote role, embedded within the clients project delivery team.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management (Remote Support)Support residential projects from pre-construction through to completionAssist with project programming, sequencing, and milestone trackingMonitor construction progress and flag risks or delaysCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultantsProvide regular project updates to NSW-based stakeholdersContracts AdministrationAdminister HIA / MBA (NSW) residential building contractsPrepare subcontract agreements, scopes of work, and purchase ordersManage variations, EOTs, RFIs, and contractual correspondenceTrack progress claims, payment schedules, and final accountsMaintain accurate project and contract documentationCost Control & Financial SupportMaintain project budgets, cost plans, and cost-to-complete forecastsReview subcontractor invoices and claims for accuracy and complianceAssist with procurement comparisons and cost reportingIdentify cost risks and support value-engineering initiativesCompliance & Handover (NSW)Support NSW compliance documentation requirementsAssist with defect management, practical completion, and final handoversMaintain structured digital filing systems for audits and complianceAbout YouHas 8 years experience in Australian residential constructionStrong background in Project Management and Contracts AdministrationSolid understanding of NSW residential construction processes and workflowsAble to manage multiple residential projects simultaneouslyHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident working remotely with Australian construction teamsPreferred Qualifications & SystemsDegree or Diploma in Construction Management, Building, Engineering, or similarExperience with construction systems such as Procore, Aconex, Buildxact, Cheops, Jobpac, or similarStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookWhy Join This Role100% work-from-home supporting NSW projectsLong-term placement with a stable Australian construction businessStructured onboarding, clear KPIs, and reporting linesFully embedded into the clients project delivery team
