About the roleRise25 is looking for a Client Success Manager to be the primary client contact with Rise25 clients and to help with implementing our strategy to help clients get ROI, clients and strategic partnerships using done-for-you podcasts and content marketing. This position is remote and self-paced. Being able to work CST/EST hours is essential because the majority of our clients are based in the U.S.Core responsibilities include owning and nurturing client relationships, operating effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and managing multiple simultaneous projects, and helping clients implement Rise25’s strategy (with other team members handling the “done-for-you” elements like editing podcasts, writing show notes, posting content to clients’ websites, and sharing on social media).Ideally, the role requires someone who can devote at least 20 or more hours per week (fewer hours initially is OK). You must be good at self-direction and taking initiative, and be detail-oriented and meticulous.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the project leader and primary client contact in managing all phases of the strategy behind the podcast and utilization of the podcast as a tool for business development.Develop a strong relationship with the client and provide insight and ideas.Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day project operations and guidance to other team members (writers, editors, developers, etc.).What you’ll be advising onThe ideal person has experience with business development, strategy, or sales because you will be giving advice to clients on business development, sales, and referral marketing.People who thrive hereExperience in business development, accountability coaching, business coaching, motivating people (e.g., physical trainer), or a former military background (following through on a plan and meeting objectives).Strong ability to hold clients accountable to reach out to their network and get episodes and interviews done.Required SkillsQuick with communication via email and phone.Nice demeanor—building a team with nice people matters.Passion for helping B2B clients get referrals and clients using podcasts.Able to hold clients accountable.Able to strategize with clients.Bonus points if you’ve been involved in podcasting, radio, or other related media activity (but not required).Must have reliable Internet.Who We AreRise25’s content staff is overseen by former White House Writer and speechwriter John Corcoran, who has written for Forbes, Entrepreneur, Huffington Post, Business Insider, and more.
