Responsibilities

• Reports into the Director of Clinical Services. • Provides clinical program/project management support for one (or more) Clinical Services at Ready. Develop and maintain key artifacts, including: • Service architecture. • Multi-year capability roadmap. • Integrated project plan(s) • Clinical workflows. • KPIs. • Leads meetings of project work groups and facilitate discussion around project deliverable, timelines, and deliverable. • Performs industry research on healthcare best practices and incorporate into project design considerations. • Ensures clinical service designs follow federal and state regulations as well as existing contractual requirements. • Performs clinical service assessments/analysis leveraging KPI reporting. • Identifies key internal stakeholders and ensures their voice is incorporated into clinical service plans/scope and operational workflows.
