• Generate awareness, interest and excitement via social media by creating and posting content that is creative, timely, inspiring and builds meaningful connections • Responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and providing support to current and prospective members • Set up or revamp and optimize company pages within each platform, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube to increase the visibility of company’s social content • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community • Generate and execute a consistent calendar of social media campaigns • Responsible for increasing brand awareness across all channels • Create strategies that will increase our search engine optimization (SEO) • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
