Responsibilities

• Own the philosophy, design, implementation and scaling of a compensation and reward strategy that effectively motivates and retains great talent across a diverse workforce • Design a positive compensation experience for our employees that allows them to clearly understand their compensation across the entire employee lifecycle • Advise on all ad hoc compensation questions and issues from recruiters, managers, executives and board • Own design of compensation bands and information in Workday • Align compensation review system to align with needs of multiple functions, ensuring approach by function aligns to the motivation and growth of top talent for each specific function • Run regular compensation reviews end-to-end • Analyze our benefits spend and design, and make recommendations for improving ROI while continuously delivering great value to our employees • Maintain and update compensation bands and leveling, and continuously assess against market • Partner with function leaders to explain our rewards programs, answer compensation questions and advise on total rewards decisions, through (as needed) live conversations, trainings and creation of tools • Lead planning and administration of equity new hire and refresh grants • Design and manage key compensation-related people analytics dashboards and executive-level reports, using available tools and systems including Workday • Partner collaboratively with our finance team on payroll and forecasting efforts • Responsibility for stock administration, partnering collaboratively with our finance team and legal advisors • Oversee and manage day to day stock admin functions, equity recommendations, and review • Develop compensation committee materials • Manage equity management system • Manage a small team (analyst and stock admin)
