Job OverviewAs an Account Manager at Snapsheet you produce, nurture, and grow client relationships with top insurance carriers, insurtechs and TPAs utilizing Snapsheet’s claims software. With your experience in P&C Insurance claims, you understand the unique challenges Snapsheet’s clients face and advocate for the Snapsheet solutions that can make their lives simple. Equally, you immerse yourself into Snapsheet by completely understanding the capabilities of our products and team. As an Account Manager, you are the glue between our clients & Snapsheet and will be the primary contact for customer issues/questions. As such, you work extremely close with our leaders to make sure we are always providing best in class solutions for our clients.ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop trusted relationship with customer by understanding customer priorities and roadmapProactively mitigates potential risks internally and externallyWork closely with service colleagues (S&I, training and support) on assigned accounts to develop to ensure client success and satisfaction.Extract, analyze, and assess client business needs and workflows while making consultative recommendationsAct as a conduit between customer and product team to communicate customer feature requests and product gapsMake recommendations on system configuration to support a client’s business goals and objectivesIdentify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the partnership and sales team to drive ancillary revenueWork across the firm to drive resolution of identified issues and escalate issues where appropriateProvide internal feedback on existing features and contribute to the design of new features.Articulate client needs objectives and work across the firm to develop and propose solutionsMaintain regular contact with key decision makers and stakeholders to ensure customer’s desired outcomes are well understood, documented and monitoredQualificationsBachelor's Degree in a relevant fieldStrong understanding of P&C claims process3+ years of relevant experience working for or with claim organizationsB2B Client Services background within P&C industryP&C claims experienceAbility to work cross functionally and collaborate with othersCritical thinker and self starterExcellent communication skillsAbout SnapsheetSnapsheet is claims technology the way it should be: purposeful, precise, and designed to deliver outcomes.
