Job OverviewWe are actively seeking candidates to fill a Regional Sales Manager position. The Regional Sales Manager will take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipeline, build & execute account strategies, close deals, and lead customer expansion for our industry leading software solutions. The ideal candidate will be based in the territory and be responsible for the below:Responsibilities & Duties Identify, research and formalize a comprehensive territory strategy using all of the resources provided you, which include: marketing, inside lead/demand generation, channel/partner alliancesEstablish and develop a strategy for creating demand within your named accounts or assigned territory.Document daily sales activities in Salesforce, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipeline and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue and communicate activities to sales management.Master our company’s messaging and competently present our proposition to prospects.Develop your pipeline through a combination of cold calling, targeted account marketing, targeted account events, email campaigns, market sector knowledge/intelligenceCollaborate with Marketing to develop and/or execute in-territory field marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generationUp to 50% travel required, within territory, as well as to outside team functions, events, and trade shows.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred.5+ years of validated, successful new business sales experience in a technology or SaaS industryYou are a proven solution seller with a strong track record of consistent sales over- achievementYou demonstrate different influencing styles as appropriate to a situation, while demonstrating a history of successfully building and maintaining trusting relationships with associates and customers.Experience working in a fast paced small to midsize companyExperience with Salesforce or other CRM systemsYou are persistent, despite obstacles, opposition or setbacks and you will consistently convey a sense of urgency and drive issues to closureExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative team playerConfident and self-motivated with a positive outlook and strong work ethicforeUP/Clubessential Holdings is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
