Job Description Lessen is the tech-enabled, end-to-end property service provider that is transforming how commercial and residential real estate services are delivered and managed at scale. Lessen’s technology platform provides data-driven insights that unlock key growth opportunities for the entire real estate ecosystem—including investors, owners, managers, and service providers. The company leverages a network of over 30,000 vetted, qualified vendors (Lessen Affiliates) serving clients with over 1 million properties and completing more than 3.5 million work orders annually across an expanding range of services. Lessen, LLC is a venture-backed, privately held company with offices in Scottsdale and Chicago. Pay is determined by several compensable factors, such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. Pay range starting at $26 hr - $29 hr.What You'll DoIntermediate to advanced skills in troubleshooting all heating, cooling and indoor air quality equipment.Independent and self-starting on a wide range of intermediate HVAC service issues, needs and problems.Detailed orientation to complete projects and assigned tasks in a timely manner.Create positive experiences with customers during all customer interactions.Identify/complete any/all additional tasks required to complete the service call in a timely manner.Maintain inventory on service vehicle.Attend service and safety meetings.Drive to multiple service locations each day.Responsible for scheduling maintenance/repairs of company service vehicle, including routine maintenance, repairs, and maintaining a clean and well-organized exterior/interior.Assist other Service Technicians with questions and troubleshooting.Complete the forms required for processing warranty parts.Perform other duties as assigned.You Should HaveHigh School diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 - 3 years of previous HVAC experiencePossess a valid state Driver’s License and auto insuranceMust pass an MVR check to drive a company vehicleAbility to climb ladder and enter/exit attic and roof spaces.Must be able to lift, push, pull 50lbs regularly; up to 75lbs occasionally; and 75+lbs with assistance.#IND2Why LessenCompetitive compensationHealth, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability options401K retirement savings planPaid vacation, federal and floating holidaysMaternity/Paternity PayCareer advancement opportunitiesAll the tools you'll need to be successfulWe’re committed to attracting, developing, and retaining amazing talent from diverse backgrounds.
